The Vendor/Resource Fair will run from 9:50 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The Vendor/Resource Fair will take place in the Guerin Pavilion Ballroom.
- You can set-up on the day of the event from 7:00 – 8:30 a.m.
- You will have one, 6ft, exhibit table.
- Please bring your own table cloth. Table cloth will not be provided for the exhibit tables.
- Your firm will be listed in the event program.
- Take down of exhibit table can begin at 1:15 p.m.
- If you have any electrical needs, please let us know before the day of the event.
- The facility, unfortunately, does not have a storage area to accept shipments.
- As of now, we have over 600 attendees registered.
