Lance Dorsey is a diversity advocate and Director of Supplier Diversity & Procurement Sustainability for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Previously, Lance managed a supplier diversity and inclusive hiring program for a Fortune 7 healthcare company. He is a 13-year service-disabled Air Force veteran, who served honorably during Don't Ask, Don't Tell. He was recognized as a "40 Under 40 LGBTQ Leader' by BEQ Magazine. Lance graduated from Webster University with a Master of Business Administration. He enjoys reading, kayaking and immersive travel experiences.
