Topic: Navigating difficult conversations amidst the political climate
Lately, I’ve been hearing from leaders who feel stuck around challenging conversations with their teams and colleagues.
Employees are bringing tough questions to their leaders that many aren’t sure how to answer:
-
“How are these executive orders going to impact my job?”
-
“What will happen to our trans and nonbinary employees if our organization makes cuts to DEI?”
-
“How do we support marginalized employees when leadership is deprioritizing DEI?”
If you’re grappling with these questions yourself—let alone figuring out how to answer them—you’re not alone.
Join us in this session, where we’ll explore strategies for navigating these conversations with care and intentionality. This is a space to share challenges, exchange ideas, and walk away with practical approaches you can use right away.
All are welcome to join this supportive network!
