About the Members:
Christiana Adesanmi is the founder and CEO of COA Enterprises, a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping healthcare and service-based businesses transform visibility into growth. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, including five years as an operating room nurse, Christiana brings a unique “nursing mindset” into the business world, prioritizing assessment, precision, and care in every client relationship.
At COA Enterprises, she leads with the belief that visibility creates opportunity, offering SEO, paid ads, reputation management, smart websites, and AI-powered marketing solutions. Her mission is to empower business owners to stand out in competitive markets, attract the right clients, and build brands that people trust and remember so they can grow with confidence and impact.
As an entrepreneur, nurse, and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, Christiana is passionate about human connection, advocacy, and helping others feel seen, known, and supported. She is active in the Los Angeles LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce, where she builds partnerships and fosters opportunities for diverse business owners.
Mark Barcus is an executive coach and leadership trainer based in West Hollywood. After serving as a judge in state and federal courts for 25 years, most recently responsible for all training for a nationwide court system, Mark left the government and founded his owncoaching practice focusing on the principles of Conscious Leadership and the Enneagram personality system. Mark is an Ambassador for the LAGLCC, a volunteer or the Los Angeles Bi+ Taskforce and an Organiser for the Los Angeles chapter of AmBi, an international bisexual social group.
