Topic: Judgment Creates Separation ? And It?s Costing Us in Business and Life
In today?s hyperconnected world, we?re surrounded by opportunities to judge. We see it in communication breakdowns across genders, generations, and cultural backgrounds. Misunderstandings waste time. Collaboration suffers. Productivity dips. And people ? your people ? feel disconnected. And the likely truth is, so do you.
This talk is about how to overcome our initial judgments to create greater understanding and collaboration in yourself, your business and your community. Now more than ever the skill of empathy and understanding is needed - not to just expand your business but to create a better work environment and build stronger connections with potential allies and partners. Not to mention, a greater cohesiveness and integrity with yourself.
