About the Speaker: 

Dr. Arjun Mitra is Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Management Nexus Insights, as well  as an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at California State University Los Angeles.  He specializes in organizational management, focusing on leadership effectiveness, team  dynamics, stakeholder alignment, and employee belonging. With a Ph.D. in Organizational  Behavior and an MBA, Dr. Mitra brings a unique blend of academic rigor and applied business  insight. He has extensive experience designing and delivering consulting engagements,  workshops, and technical reports for a range of public and private sector organizations. Prior to  his academic career, he worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at PwC, where he  developed data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making.
