About the Speaker: 

Liza Katsman is a Life, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship Coach who partners with leaders and business owners to navigate change and move past roadblocks. She supports clients in aligning their decisions with their values, strengthening team dynamics, and resolving conflict in ways that foster growth and trust.

With an MBA from UCLA in Organizational Management, an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, and a background in research on social psychology and interpersonal communication, Liza brings both depth and practicality to her work. Her coaching style is reflective yet action-oriented, helping clients pause for insight and then move forward with confidence.

Having made several bold career pivots herself and running her own business for the past five years, Liza understands the challenges and opportunities that come with leading and building something meaningful.
