This workshop is built for people who want to close that gap. Over two hours, we'll build the foundation that makes every AI tool work better, not just for today's task but for every one after it: your AI Operating System. Work will include building a source profile that tells AI who you are and how you work, prompts that get specific answers instead of generic ones, a map of exactly where AI belongs in your business and where it doesn't, and a governance stance that makes sense for your business, your people, and your data.

You don't need to be technical to attend. Bring your business and whatever you've been trying (and struggling) to use AI for, and leave with a system you can actually build on, not just another list of tools to try.

About The Speaker: 

Garrett Kolanda is the founder of The Landing Pad, an AI implementation consulting firm helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock the power of AI while keeping the human at the center. Trained as a chemical engineer, he brings a systems-thinking approach to AI adoption, treating it as something to be designed rather than guessed at.

He spent 14 years in federal government before founding The Landing Pad, and is a CliftonStrengths and Leadership Circle Profile certified coach. Garrett draws on that mix of technical training and people-centered coaching to help clients build practical systems they can actually use, not just theory they forget by Monday.
