Lisa Roben, Program Manager, leads the Comcast California Region’s Supplier Diversity Program, which promotes, increases, and improves participation of diverse businesses within the business operation and procurement process. Lisa and the California Region team, work with incumbent and prospective diverse suppliers by providing outreach, technical assistance, and opportunity awareness. The program focus includes the Comcast California Region’s collaboration with business inclusion of women, minority, service-disabled veteran, LGBTQ, and disabled enterprise.

She started her marketing agency as a freelance social media business while working three part-time jobs and living in a homeless shelter with her then seven-year-old son. She continues to mentor budding entrepreneurs and startups.

Jessica gives back to her community by serving on the LA LGBT Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as President, and by contributing micro-grants in the form of vocational training programs to women and girls in developing countries.
