About Us

Goodwork Productions is an LGBTQ+ owned production company in Los Angeles, making music videos, commercials, branded content, TV and film, with an in-house casting agency. Our motto is simple: good humans, exceptional work.

We take projects from first idea to final delivery: bidding and budgeting, casting, crew, locations, production and post. Because casting lives under the same roof, our clients get faces that fit the story and a team that already knows the brief.

We have produced and cast work for brands and studios including Netflix, Sony, Formula 1 and American Express, alongside independent artists and directors finding their voice.

On every job, we staff as many women, queer and POC crew as possible, and we build sets where people feel safe, respected and free to do their best work.
