I help start up organizations and their teams refine messy, fractured or non-existent recruiting and hiring processes so that they get time back to do their real work while also improving employee retention rates and lowering turnover. As an HR Advisor, I work with leadership teams to develop and create effective HR and Talent Management programming relevant to their current size but scalable for when they expand domestically and internationally. I have extensive experience establishing international offices in Europe, APAC and Canada, building international teams, and working with remote and globally-distributed workforces. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
