Southern California EDGE Program: Networking and Building Business Relationships
Course Description: Networking is a critical trait that small businesses must possess. This instruction will cover the art of networking and provide tools to identify key attributes of a business relationship. The instruction will provide the anatomy of a relationship and how to sustain contact.

- Learn marketing strategies
- Understand keys to developing business relationships
- Know pitfalls to avoid in networking with contracting officers
Expected Outcome: By the end of this course, the student will learn how to: Successfully network with agencies, prime and subcontractors. Know how to create and implement marketing strategies and appropriately network strategies
