CPUC LGBTBE Certification In-Person Workshop

This workshop will guide you through the necessary steps to get listed in the CPUC Clearinghouse. The Supplier Clearinghouse certifies diverse firms and publishes a directory for use by participating utility companies and the general public. The program provides certified MBE, WBE, DVBE, and LGBTBE firms with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of business opportunities.

CPUC Certification Workshop Checklist

While we encourage you to complete all the listed documents, here are some key items you should prioritize:

Track A: For Certified NGLCC Firms - PDF Documents 

• 2022 or 2021 Full Taxes (all pages) for your business
• NGLCC Certificate
• Signed and Completed CPUC Affidavit (notarized)

Track B:  For Non-Certified NGLCC Firms - PDF Documents 

• Please refer to the checklist - All Docs PDF on PC
• Key Document - 3 letters confirming business owner is LGBTQ+
• Signed and Completed CPUC Affidavit (notarized)
