I'm Erin-Kate Escobar (They/Them) a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Belonging (DEIAB) Specialist with over a decade of experience in this field. I believe in supporting personal growth and making institutional changes towards greater equity. The vision of Erin-Kate Escobar Consulting is a world where each person is able to navigate and challenge oppression as a whole human. I believe we can do that through building more inclusive work places where people can thrive through developing and implementing DEI strategies that include healing and anti-racist practices.
