Internationally, John contributed to Blue Shield of California and later took on a pivotal HR role at Dendreon Pharmaceuticals, pioneers in FDA-approved cellular immunotherapy. He provided strategic counsel to top executives and led all HR functions, fostering a cohesive and trustworthy team.
